Unfortunately visibility decreased with some Agile projects, where project teams failed to include my team (Content Management) appropriately• The show and tells for Cockpit and the fact there was a daily build certainly helped visibility• Had day-to-day picture of where we were – v. useful• Would say that this is very dependent on who the Truth is• Daily stand up meetings are great • Varied depending on Technical Lead/Project managers approach• Not always easy to get progress reported on content by iteration• Daily stand ups and constant feedback from developers meant I always knew what was happening
