Phase 1 | Project GoalsAt the outset of the Project IDEO ascertained that the following are key requirements for the new space:•The central challenge is to make a more effective workspace that supports CTS’screative work process. The space will need to be flexible and must support teamworking.•CTS wants its work and its workspace to be highly visible to Egg colleagues and to visitors. It is important that the department is carefully presented, providing the optimal balance of visibility and privacy.•CTS’s new workspace should be viewed as a creative resource for developinginnovative ideas in collaboration with both internal & external customers andpotentially other third party partners. The purpose of Phase 1 is to refine this list of initial project goals and to create aconcept that fits with these objectives.
