The focus is on Agile Egg and the development of an exceptional environment for everyone in Egg to be revolutionary in, rather than just opening a new building. Overall audiences:  All Egg Communities in need of separate communications  UK  IT  Group  All people moving into PB4, all people in PB3, All people in Dudley Overall communication objectives: People understand the Agile concept and know how it affects them, people know how and why we are investing in our buildings, people get the link to the game. Overall message: Agile Egg – If we’re going to revolutionise the customers experience of financial services, we’re going to have to ‘do’ change even faster than we do right now. Agile Egg is our new way of working across all Egg teams that makes us faster, more responsive and gets us closer to the customer. Agile Egg breaks down team barriers, cuts across organisation silos and allows us to drive more revolution more quickly. New Derby Building – One of the ways we invest in people who join Egg is providing great atmospheres with comfortable surroundings. The new building in Derby delivers that, and has been designed to specifically support the Agile Egg way of working. But that’s not all.
